Age and identity
Applicants must be at least 18 and able to provide valid identity and work-eligibility documentation.
Safe transportation
Use an approved car, bicycle, or scooter suitable for your market and delivery zone.
Vehicle documents
Car drivers must provide a valid license, insurance, and any other documents required by the final agreement.
Reliable smartphone
A compatible phone with mobile data, notifications, location services, and sufficient battery.
Final screening, background-check, insurance, and independent-contractor requirements will be confirmed before commercial launch.

How does driving with Amiel work?+
Approved drivers go online in the Amiel Driver App, receive delivery offers from local restaurants, and choose whether to accept. The app guides each delivery from pickup through completion.
Where is Amiel available?+
Chicago is the first pilot market. Aurora and Rockford are coming soon; no public delivery zones are active during pre-launch.
When can I start delivering?+
Applications are reviewed before activation. Timing depends on market demand, document review, and completion of the driver agreement.
How much will I earn?+
Commercial delivery and earnings are not active during pre-launch. Future test offers show planned pay details, but do not represent guaranteed work or real earnings.
Can I choose when to drive?+
Amiel is being designed for flexible availability. Approved drivers can go online or offline in the Driver App, subject to the final driver agreement.
What vehicles can I use?+
Depending on the delivery zone, Amiel may approve cars, bicycles, and scooters. Vehicle eligibility is confirmed during review.
Do I need delivery experience?+
No prior food-delivery experience is required, but drivers must meet Amiel’s identity, safety, communication, and vehicle requirements.
Is applying a guarantee of work?+
No. Applying or receiving portal access does not guarantee approval, assignments, earnings, or any particular level of delivery activity.
